Pipeline is the most efficient and cost-effective method for large-volume petroleum product movement — and Elit-Oil-Pavlodar operates and connects to pipeline infrastructure across its terminal network. In Kazakhstan, our facility connects to the domestic petroleum products pipeline network serving the Pavlodar region and beyond. At our international terminals, we maintain direct pipeline connections to port manifold systems enabling rapid, high-volume product transfers.
Kazakhstan Pipeline Operations

- Houston terminal: pipeline connections to the Houston Ship Channel pipeline network — one of the most extensive petroleum pipeline grids in North America
- Fujairah terminal: direct pipeline connections to the Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal (FOTT) Matrix Manifold system, providing access to all port berths and direct inter-terminal product transfers without vessel movement
- ADNOC pipeline connectivity at Fujairah — access to the 360 km Habshan-Fujairah crude oil pipeline with 1.8 million barrel/day capacity
